The day before arrival, you will receive detailed instructions via WhatsApp. Check-in is self-service: keys are stored in a safe at the apartment. Upon arrival, an electronic rental agreement must be completed and signed (takes a few minutes — follow the link and confirm with the SMS code). A passport main page and registration (photo/scan/copy) are required.
For minors, a consent form (our template), parents’ passports, and an increased deposit are required.
Please note: booking manager working hours are 9:00–23:00, so the check-in instructions must be completed before 23:00. Arrival is possible 24/7.

A refundable deposit is required upon check-in. The amount may vary depending on the length of stay, number of guests, and presence of pets. During holidays, the deposit is always higher.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments (regulated by Federal Law No. 15). Vapes and IQOS are also not allowed. Smoking is permitted only outdoors or on shared balconies. Violation of this rule will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
We are happy to welcome you and your pets! Most apartments allow pets with prior arrangement and an increased deposit. The pet fee is 500/1000₽ for the entire stay, depending on the pet’s weight.
Many of our properties offer family apartments accommodating three or even four guests. Extra bed (single chair-bed, double sofa, or rollaway) is available for 500₽ for the entire stay. Children under 6 stay free of charge when using the main bed.
Loud parties, especially with more guests than declared, are strictly prohibited. Small evening gatherings with visitors not staying overnight are allowed, but must be agreed upon in advance and require an increased deposit.
Loud noise, music, and shouting are not permitted from 22:00 to 08:00. Please respect quiet hours and the comfort of other guests.
