Just a 20-minute walk takes you to the Central Park of Culture and Leisure (CPKiO), an ideal place for recreation and outdoor walks.

A deposit is required upon check-in: from 3,000 RUB; for 3−7 days — 5,000−7,000 RUB; for 7−14 days — 8,000−13,000 RUB; for 14−20 days — 14,000−16,000 RUB; for 30 days — 20,000 RUB. The amount may vary depending on the number of guests and the presence of pets. For regular guests, the deposit is consistently minimal.

An extra bed is available for 500 RUB for the entire stay, and a mandatory cleaning fee of 700 RUB per stay applies. Official receipts are provided upon request.
