We offer spacious apartments in the "Like!" residential complex. The Ploshchad Muzhestva metro station is just a five-minute walk away, and a direct metro line provides fast access to Moskovsky Railway Station — only 20 minutes away.

The complex features a fitness club with a spa area and swimming pool, the "Lesopilka" restaurant, three bars and cozy cafés, a pharmacy, a beauty salon, a nail studio, and several shops. Right across the street is the Perekrestok hypermarket, making daily life as convenient as possible.

Within walking distance are the Forestry Academy Park, Kushelevka railway station, the swimming center on Khlopina, as well as major medical facilities: the Almazov National Medical Research Center and the Vreden Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics. In the Panorama complex, you’ll find a spacious apartment with a balcony and air conditioning, located near Sosnovka Park. It’s a new comfort-plus class building with a secure children’s playground and underground parking.

A deposit is required upon check-in: from 3,000 RUB; for 3−7 days — 5,000−7,000 RUB; for 7−14 days — 8,000−13,000 RUB; for 14−20 days — 14,000−16,000 RUB; for 30 days — 20,000 RUB. The amount may vary depending on the number of guests and the presence of pets. For regular guests, the deposit is consistently minimal.

An extra bed is available for 500 RUB for the entire stay, and a mandatory cleaning fee of 700 RUB per stay applies. Official receipts are provided upon request.

Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request.
